 RAZORBACK Beltfed 22LR  Conversions

Lakeside Machine manufactures the following models of Razorback rimfire beltfed conversions for the AR15/M16 type family of firearms.  Prices and availability can change at any time, so please call to verify stock on hand. If you wish to have a variation of any featured  Razorback, we can make that special model for you. Each Razorback comes complete with buffer system for a carbine or rifle stocks, a Lakeside exclusive reduced power hammer spring, a 50 round belt, and operators manual. Lakeside Machine does not manufacture complete beltfed rifles. You will need a lower receiver, a sight, and ammunition to have a complete system.  Each Razorback is test fired at the factory using 22LR CCI Blazer ammunition. Lakeside recommends a full round nose bullet profile of 40 grains in weight for the most reliable function. Choose from various barrel lengths in stainless or parkerized steel. Conversions can be purchased for semi-auto AR15 rifles, registered full auto receivers, AOW, SBR, and pistol designated lower receivers. Accessories can be purchased like extra belts, links, feed box systems, spare barrels, cycle rate manipulation systems and more!

To make the transition from .223 center fire to 22LR beltfed is easy>>

  • Simply push your takedown pins out from your center fire upper receiver and remove it.

  • Depress the buffer retaining plunger in the mouth of the stock then remove your centerfire buffer and recoil spring.

  • Install the Razorback buffer space tube (short one for carbine or long spacer for rifle length stock)

  • Install the Razorback recoil buffer assembly in your buffer tube (plunger head out and flat facing down)

  • Replace your hammer spring with spring supplied

  • Align the Razorback at the front attachment lugs of your lower receiver and push in your takedown pin

  • With one finger, push the buffer plunger in as you hinge the upper and lower closed. When the buffer plunger is behind the rear attachment lug, let the plunger rest on the back of it.

  • Finish closing the upper and lower and push your last takedown pin home to fully attach the upper.

At this time all models are sold out.
