What's New At Lakeside...
Dennis J. Tippmann, founder of the Tippmann Arms Company, was a well known miniature gun maker in the mid 1980's. He specifically manufactured working half scale models of the Browning machineguns. It fell out of existence in early 1986 with a limited number of guns being produced since it's first sales around mid 1983. Shortly after, Tippmann Arms Co. and it's designs, were purchased by another firm. The production of guns by the new company was also extremely limited and with their many other projects and ongoing anti-gun legislation the project slowed. The Tippmann Arms Company, again, fell short of the recognition it deserved. The entire project has been in storage for many years until September 13, 2001. Lakeside Machine absorbed the remaining assets and parts and began making the world famous miniatures once again.  Lakeside Machine is also offering a line of accessories for the miniatures such as extra ammo cans, military marked sand bags, belt loading machines, ammo can holders and more.

Lakeside Machine has been featured on the front cover of Small Arms Review Magazine for the March 2004 issue and have been seen in feature articles on many other product as well. There has also been a chapter written about the miniatures in the recent  book "Hard Rain". For the latest in the continuing development of the Micro-Beltfed legacy, browse this site and you will find many new products as well as prototype pictures of models and accessories to come. Feel free to view and interact in our public forums or start/contribute to a general discussion with other firearm, miniature, and micro-beltfed enthusiasts.

Lakeside Machine will continue to accept repairs and "tune-ups" on any and all existing models currently in private collectors hands. We have any and all replacement high wear parts on hand. Springs, pins, pawls, firing pins, and any other parts are in stock. Contact us with the repair request that you may have. Your micro-belt gun can be a tune up away from thousands of rounds of fun. ( NOTE: every original, including our miniatures, are hand tuned for fit and function. Some replacement parts must be fit to the gun to ensure proper reliable function.)

Our newest project is the LM7 belt fed upper receiver for the AR15/M16 family of firearms. The LM7 is a revolutionary rimfire feed system (RFS) that brings new life into your old AR15/M16 rifles.  Having a 22 rimfire in a beltfed firearm is every grown boys dream.........except now its a REALITY!! Browse this site for details in ownership, accessories, and customers pictures and videos of their experiences with this new system.

Lakeside Machine has recently progressed into a distributorship sales program for the entire product line. The current stocking distributors can be contacted from this site.  DISTRIBUTOR SALES CLICK HERE
