Custom Suppressor Information

Lakeside Machine is a federally licensed Class 2 manufacturer. We are able to custom manufacture and register a new firearm suppressor and transfer it to qualified individuals. Lakeside Machine builds durable, quality, maintenance friendly units that will give years of quiet shooting satisfaction.

Lakeside Machine has currently designed an integrated stainless internal that will minimize the maintenance task. The customer will be given a user friendly, high quality, economical unit with a common design foundation. This common design between all our models will only require one maintenance routine. This will enable the user to be familiar with all models we produce.

Lakeside Machine's familiarity in the stamping/forming industry has set us apart from the commonly encountered CNC machined baffles. Our drawn stainless steel design is light weight and structurally stronger and twice as heat resistant than any aluminum baffle found. Below is a picture of the progressive process of one of our stamped stainless baffle systems. This design seals the internals from the internal suppressor tube surface and make disassembly much easier with minimal carbon fouling.

Due to our current work load, Lakeside has stopped production of suppressors. When we are ready to accept suppressor work, we will make an announcement on this site.

Lakeside Machine can accept repair and "tune-up" work from other suppressor manufacturers. A case by case basis is our policy on these projects, so please call or e-mail us and give a full description of your repair needs.

Parkerizing Information

Lakeside Machine is able to produce parkerized finishes. This a very durable and rust resistant finish and an excellent foundation for any of the new polymer baked on coatings that are becoming popular in firearm finishing. We are able to parkerize any steel structure that can be placed in an 8"X8"X48" tank dimension. Our thermo monitored tanks can ensure a consistent color and can match finishes more closely from batch to batch. Post surface treatment is also very important in parkerizing. The finishes we produce on the beltfed line of firearms is living proof of the detail and consistency of our parkerizing techniques.
Parkerizing is one of the most commonly encountered military finishes for carbon steel. We are able to reproduce the finishes found on many vintage WWI firearms through the modern Military Armament Corporation submachine guns. This finish can give an old favorite firearm a new durable look.

Custom Machining Information

Lakeside Machine will accept, on a case by case basis, custom machining and design work. This company is a fully tooled and operational machine shop with milling, turning, stamping, and light fabrication capabilities. Custom built tooling, dies, fixtures, and design prototyping is a specialty. We are able to design your stamping/forming die as well as carry out the process of manufacturing it. Currently we have presses with 30 ton production stamping capability down to 1 ton for fine precision forming.
